How our DMX4ALL-Coins system works

Important: you have to switch on collecting yourself, once. Sign in and activate participation in your customer account — only then are points collected.

1. For every euro of order value you collect 1 DMX4ALL-Coins.
2. For fixed loyalty rewards you spend a set number of points — what you get is stated up front: a discount on your order or an item on top.
3. Alternatively, turn your balance into a voucher code in your account.
4. Collect more and move up: 5 tiers are waiting for you.
5. No points will be retroactively added for orders placed before September 2, 2026. Unfortunately, this will not be possible even after that date.
6. If your account stays inactive for 365 days, the points expire. We remind you beforehand by email, automatically.
