Shipping & payment conditions

Prepayment / bank transfer

After receiving your order, we will send you a separate order confirmation e-mail (PDF) with the total amount.
You will then find our bank details on it. You can use this to make the payment.
The order will only be released and dispatched once payment has been received in our account.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery orders are subject to an additional delivery charge.
In addition to the cash on delivery amount, there is a 2.00 euro delivery charge, which is collected by the parcel delivery company.

- Invoice must be paid within 14 days.
- PayPal carries out a risk check after selecting ‘Purchase on account’.
- This may involve obtaining credit information from various credit agencies.
- If necessary, the purchase on account will not be granted if the creditworthiness information is not positive.

Zum Bezahlen werden Sie von unserem Shop direkt zu PayPal weitergeleitet.
All you have to do is log in there and confirm the payment.
After successful verification, you will return to our shop and can finalise your order.

Invoice

Payment by invoice is only possible for public or state organisations, schools, universities and institutes.
An official order document from the organisation is required for ordering. This must bear the official letterhead,
an order number and all other device data. DMX4ALL GmbH reserves the right to
to request a countersignature of the order confirmation.

The official document can also be sent by fax.
All other conditions for payment on account can be found in the general terms and conditions.

For all customers from Germany, payment by invoice is possible via PayPal Plus (see PayPal).

Cash and card payment

Cash or card payment is only possible if the goods are collected from our shop at the same time.

Delivery times

All articles marked with are ready for despatch within 24 hours.
This means that the ordered items are handed over to the parcel service within 24 hours (only applies on working days; for orders on
Sundays and public holidays the deadline is extended accordingly) to the parcel service provider.
In the case of payment in advance/bank transfer, this applies after the time of receipt of payment.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment,
unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined
the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

As soon as the parcel is handed over by us to the parcel service provider, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number to track your shipment.
For deliveries to the EU or abroad (rest of the world), the delivery times are extended accordingly.

The goods remain the property of DMX4ALL GmbH until full payment has been received.
